The most useful steps to lower uric acid levels
Ø  The first and prior step is to drink water in small amounts frequently. Consuming 2 to 3 liters of water daily helps in making kidneys to function properly and flush out the uric acid that is accumulated in the body.
Ø  Baking Soda solution consumption helps in dissolving uric acid crystals and increases its solubility. To make baking soda solution, add ½ teaspoon of baking soda to 8 oz of water. mix well and take the solution limiting 8 glasses daily. Particularly the solution to be consumed in the Morning as the first thing and before bed in the night and the remaining in 2 to 4 hours interval before or after meals. Follow this method until the symptoms unseen.
(Since Baking soda is high in sodium it is advisable to skip diet that is made with salt. If the patient suffering from high Blood Pressure it is advisable not to take this remedy)
Ø  Add Cherries in your daily diet which is ideal for reducing gout risk. Cherries act very effective in controlling gout as they contain Anthocyanins which have i-inflammatory properties, so that they help in reducing uric acid serum levels.
To prevent the Gout attack cherries are to be consumed 10 to 40 per day and the attack is severe it is advisable to take 30 to 40 in every 4 hours Interval.
      If the Cherries are not available due to Unseasoned then consume concentrated cherry           juice which is available in Health stores or online.

Ø  The diet which is low in purines is advised during the gout attack as the purines that are existed in the regular diet, so in order to reduce uric acid levels low purine diet is prescribed for a gout sufferer.
Foods that are to be consumed to reduce uric acid levels that does not contain purines are  Essential fatty acids which are available in Tuna and Salmon fish, dairy products which are low in fat, Complex carbohydrates which are available in foods like breads,pasta,cereals,rice,vegetables,fruits etc..Fruits like cherries,strawberries,blue berries, grapes etc..
